Team Loyalty & Respect
We respect co-workers because we accomplish much more as a team. We don't gossip; we look for the good in each other. We work as equals, each with our own personal responsibilities, but more importantly, we are integral members of a team. We value co-workers. We know that 1+1=1,000 when it comes to teamwork. We accomplish much more than working on our own by working together and sharing one another's burdens. We love people who jump in and help even when it's "Not their job." One of the most sincere forms of respect is listening to what another has to say. There is power in a group of people who respect one another and work together toward a shared goal. Respecting one another as team members and individuals is essential, ensuring everyone is supported, valued, and heard.
