Step 1: Let’s Talk

Our process starts with a conversation, not a stressful interview. We want to learn about your goals, preferences, and ideal work situation so we can ensure the right fit for both you and CDP. We’ll discuss:

  • Full-time or part-time opportunities
  • Your clinical passions, pediatrics, complex cases, or both
  • Location preferences, from urban to rural, plus travel roles
  • Family needs, including spouse involvement and school districts

Step 2: Meet the Team

Once we have identified a great location for you, you’ll visit the practice. This is your chance to:

  • Tour the office and see your future workspace
  • Meet your clinical support team and leadership
  • Experience the positive work culture that fuels our patient care
  • Review your contract and discuss ownership tracks, benefits, and administrative support

Step 3: Onboarding for Success

Our 10-week onboarding program helps you transition smoothly, including:

  • Shadowing experienced dentists
  • Mentorship from industry-leading clinicians
  • Support with credentials and sedation certification

A distinguished graduate of Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business Operations Management and Marketing, she holds an MBA and MS from the University of Texas at Arlington, specializing in Operations Management and Human Resources.

With a rich experience spanning over a decade, Tiffany has been a trailblazer in the Human Resources realm. She has consistently made a profound impact, from talent management and system implementation to employee relations and training & development.

Presently, Tiffany serves as the Director of Clinical Recruiting at Community Dental Partners. She manages the entire life cycle of doctor recruitment, optimizing the customer journey from lead generation to lead conversion. She leads in developing and supporting CDP's innovative recruiting platform to strategically enhance brand awareness utilizing multiple strategic marketing strategies.

Nestled in Texas with her loving husband and three children, Tiffany finds joy in spontaneous adventures, embracing natural wellness, and savoring life in gratitude with a cup of coffee. Her enthusiasm lies in connecting doctors with opportunities that bring about tangible and fundamental changes in people's lives while radiating the passion to make the whole world smile!
